Five phases that eliminate the chaos of most remodels.
Design. Coordination. Execution. A deliberate methodology that keeps your project predictable, your home protected, and your investment respected.
We begin with a quick, friendly phone call to understand your goals, needs, and budget. If it’s a good fit, we’ll walk you through the next steps and get things moving.
Initial Consultation
Once you’re ready, we send over a design agreement. After it’s signed, we schedule a site visit to take detailed measurements and get a feel for your space.
Design Agreement & Site Visit
Our interior designer will reach out to learn more about your style, inspiration, and preferences. You’ll also receive helpful tools and links to easily share what you love.
Design Kickoff
We’ll provide detailed floor plans and 3D renderings so you can clearly visualize your new space. You can choose the revision plan that works best for you
Design Phase
Once your design is approved, we’ll guide you through selecting materials and finishes that align with your vision.
We then prepare a detailed construction proposal and contract, based on your finalized design and selections so there are no surprises.
After the contract is signed and deposit received, we begin ordering materials and scheduling your build.
Throughout your project, we keep you informed with regular updates, clear timelines, and full transparency so you always know what’s happening, what’s next, and when it will be completed.
